Job Description:
The Global Finance Talent Development Supervisor plays a pivotal role in implementing and advancing the Global Finance talent strategy. This position collaborates closely with the Finance leadership team and HR to oversee key initiatives, including:
- Talent development and engagement programs
- The Global Finance Internship Program
- Human Capital Data Analysis & Reporting: Performance, Merit, Career
**This role supports consistent application of global talent practices across the Finance function. The Talent Development Supervisor works in partnership with the Finance Talent Development Manager and the Global Finance HRBP team by leveraging talent data insights to support effective decision making, along with the execution of effective program management and development initiatives. **

- This job is a Grade Level 20E.
- This job requires a regular 4-day in office, 1-day remote schedule and is in Atlanta, GA.
- Must be located in the same geographical area as the job or be willing to self-relocate to the area
- No relocation assistance is available for this role.
- Must be willing and available to work flexible shifts
