What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and operate core technical and centralized functions across Field Engineering, ensuring they scale effectively and support the broader organization.

  3. Partner with the SVP and leadership team to set long-term organizational strategy, drive critical initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  4. Enable a builder-first, AI-first culture by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, tooling, and automation to improve productivity and impact across the org.
  5. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, People, and other teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively and priorities are aligned.
