The role is for a Senior Specialist IT Platform Engineer focused on designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow capabilities for enterprise-scale service delivery. This includes working with Service Portal, Employee Center, Customer Service Management (CSM), and custom applications, adhering to best practices and working within an Agile delivery model. The role requires strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills, with an emphasis on platform architecture, security, and development best practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow capabilities that enable enterprise-scale service delivery across the firm.
  2. work on a range of ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on Service Portal, Employee Center, Customer Service Management (CSM), and scoped custom applications.
  3. contribute across the full development lifecycle—from analysis and design to build, testing, deployment, and support—while continuously improving platform quality, performance, and user experience.
  4. collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and engineers to prioritize and deliver work each sprint.
  5. recommend enhancements, and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced, global environment.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Service Portal, ESC and custom portal development
  • Working knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Experience developing and supporting scoped applications
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (client and server-side)
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and development best practices
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., CSA, CAD)
