Senior leader responsible for architecting the AI-enabled operating system for a global training operations team, focusing on automation, analytics, governance, and commercial rigor to transform regional execution into predictable, revenue-aligned outcomes. This role establishes and leads a Global Center of Excellence (CoE) to embed AI and automation into learning and enablement operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Establish and lead the Global Center of Excellence as the owner of operating standards, governance, tooling, and analytics.
  2. Enhance and lead ENGAGE’s AI-first operating roadmap.
  3. Define and institutionalize best in class revenue practices, including SKU governance, forecasting discipline, revenue recognition guardrails, and margin optimization.
  4. Build a globally consistent environment across planning, reporting, exception management, and automation oversight.
  5. Lead global adoption of standardized processes, AI-enabled workflows, and governance frameworks.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program Leadership within global high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven experience building and scaling enterprise operating models and governance programs.
  • Demonstrated success leading automation, analytics, or AI-driven transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Deep commercial fluency, including forecasting, revenue operations, utilization economics, and P&L drivers.
  • Strong partnership experience with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Revenue leadership.
  • Exceptional analytical rigor and executive-level communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to audit processes, SOX readiness, or public-company financial controls.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, data, AI, or cloud business models.
  • Experience leading global change management initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms or Databricks products.
  • Demonstrated success embedding AI into operational workflows at scale.
