This role focuses on process improvement within global logistics, leveraging AI and automation to optimize supply chain operations. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Global Process Improvement Initiatives: Drive and execute LEAN Kaizen events and other process improvement methodologies across the global supply chain, focusing on inbound, fulfillment, and final mile delivery
  2. Leverage Technology & AI: Identify and deploy new technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational performance
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Using insight & analytics along with physical process reviews within distribution centers to uncover root causes of inefficiency and develop actionable solutions
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams, data analytics teams, and external third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement opportunities
  5. Influence and align partner teams and 3P service providers to drive results and ensure successful implementation of process improvements
