Responsibilities
- Define and execute global marketing strategies for AI coding tools.
- Build clear positioning and messaging for developers, engineering teams, and enterprise users.
- Lead go-to-market plans for major product launches and feature releases.
- Create global campaigns across content, social, community, events, PR, and partnerships.
- Grow developer awareness, engagement, and advocacy in key international markets.
- Work with product teams to turn technical features into compelling user value.
- Track marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and user feedback to inform strategy.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, growth, developer marketing, or go-to-market roles.
- Experience with developer tools, AI products, SaaS, cloud, or other technical products.
- Strong ability to craft clear positioning, messaging, and product narratives.
- Good understanding of developers, technical communities, and global marketing channels.
- Experience planning and executing product launches or integrated campaigns.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Fluent English communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to measure marketing impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI coding tools, IDEs, coding agents, DevOps, or open-source communities.
- Experience working with global or regional markets.
- Basic technical understanding of software development workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
