What you'd actually do

  1. Own and lead the end-to-end plan and manage the end to end delivery of Global Markets initiatives
  2. Engage and partner with initiative stakeholders across Global Markets business leaders, technology managers, data management, risk and other functions to develop initiative delivery plans and implement solutions
  3. Chair and/or lead program governance routines to keep senior stakeholders informed of progress, issues, risks, dependencies, and key decisions; drive timely escalation and resolution.
  4. Identify, track and resolve issues, risks and action items related to Global Markets initiatives
  5. Develop and coordinate key project deliverables, including defining project scope and success metrics, gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, supporting solution design, and producing integrated project and implementation plans to drive successful execution.

Skills

Required

  • Extensive experience leading large‑scale, complex change initiatives within Global Markets or a comparable financial services environment.
  • Proven track record delivering regulatory and strategic programs with significant cross‑functional impact.
  • An understanding of Global Markets products and supporting technology
  • Knowledge of processes, procedures and policies that govern change and technology at Bank of America, including the Bank of America's Enterprise Change Management Policies and Standards
  • Ability to communicate complex topics concisely and effectively to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Professional approach that is clear, well thought out and with appropriate attention to detail
