What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and lead global medical affairs strategies and plans aligned with prioritized regional needs
  2. Collaborate closely with Regional Medical Affairs for alignment on plans and decisions
  3. Lead global publications strategy and planning including manuscripts, abstracts, and posters
  4. Oversee global KOL communications and speaker development
  5. Review scientific materials to ensure alignment with strategy and communication quality

Skills

Required

  • Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD)
  • 8 years of combined relevant experience in a medical/clinical environment and/or scientific function in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to lead matrixed, cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of clinical study methodology, data interpretation, and benefit-risk management
  • Ethical decision-making and ability to innovate in complex environments
