Lovable Lovable · Coding AI · Stockholm, Sweden · People

This role is for a Global Mobility & Immigration Lead who will own immigration, relocation, and expat support as the company scales. The lead will set policy, manage cases end-to-end, oversee vendors, and build AI-native systems for guidance and case management. The role requires experience in global mobility and immigration, particularly in Sweden, UK, and USA, with a focus on using AI to improve operations and employee experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, implement, and iterate relocation and mobility policy and execution for international hires and internal transfers (housing, registrations, personal number pathways, social security, tax onboarding, benefits coordination).
  2. Be the trusted point of contact for relocating employees and their families. Deliver calm, clear guidance through high-stakes moments, balancing policy consistency with individual context.
  3. Own relationships with immigration counsel and relocation vendors. Partner deeply with People Ops, Legal, Finance, Talent, and leadership on workforce planning, location strategy, and risk mitigation.
  4. Build employee-facing “next step” guidance that is personalized, multilingual, and always up to date.
  5. Create internal copilots and checklists for case management, document quality, and exception handling.
