This role is for a Global Mobility Manager at Deel, a company that provides payroll and HR platforms for global teams. The role focuses on partnering with go-to-market and internal teams to drive customer success, specifically within the field services and onsite space. The manager will act as a technical authority, lead the technical sales cycle, translate client needs into solutions, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations. They will also build and maintain a library of pre-sales assets and stay updated on global employment regulations and workforce trends.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead as the technical authority for Deel’s Field Services segment, driving enterprise pre-sales across staffing, RPO, and project-based organizations with credibility and industry expertise.
  2. Own the end-to-end technical sales cycle—leading discovery, shaping solutions, responding to RFPs, delivering tailored demos, and running architecture workshops.
  3. Translate complex, multi-jurisdictional requirements into clear, scalable, and compliant solution designs with defined implementation roadmaps and success metrics.
  4. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve technical challenges, advocate for customer needs, and accelerate deal progression.
  5. Build, refine, and scale a field service-specific pre-sales asset library, including demo narratives, compliance frameworks, workforce models, and objection-handling playbooks.
