Global Paid Media Director

Legora Legora · Vertical AI · Stockholm, Sweden · Marketing

This role is for a Global Paid Media Director at Legora, a company that uses an AI-native workspace to help legal professionals. The director will shape and lead global brand media strategy, architecting and scaling brand-led media platforms across various channels. The role requires combining strategic thinking with operational clarity and building cohesive, repeatable systems for brand presence. The company has achieved over $100M in ARR and serves over 1,000 customers globally.

What you'd actually do

  1. Global paid media awareness. Own Legora's global paid media strategy and execution, defining where and how we invest across channels and markets to build consistent, high-quality brand presence.
  2. Creative distribution. Own the paid media expression of Legora's brand globally. Ensure creative lands in the right contexts, formats and placements to break through and build awareness at scale. Work closely with Communications, International Marketing and Growth Marketing to distribute ideas and campaigns fully across the 360 mix.
  3. Campaign architecture & roll-out. Define how paid campaigns are structured and scaled globally. Launch pilots, learn quickly, and expand with confidence. Build repeatable playbooks that increase speed and impact.
  4. Media ecosystem. Own and evolve our global paid media setup: agency structure, partner management, and output quality across all channels and markets.
  5. Global paid media platform. Define how we buy media at scale: tools, processes and operating model to run consistently across markets while staying flexible where needed.
