This role is for a Global Partner Development Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) focused on building and managing strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) to drive adoption of AWS cloud services, including generative AI, data and analytics, and cloud transformation offerings. The role involves developing joint go-to-market strategies, driving revenue growth, and enabling partners to build capabilities on AWS.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive joint engagements between the Global System Integrator and AWS, managing co-sell and co-build motions across the partnership.
  2. Work with Geo-level and Country Partner management, and AWS account teams in a highly collaborative operating model to develop pipeline specific to the Global System Integrator.
  3. Serve as a key member of the Business Development team in defining and delivering the joint solution set and supporting collateral.
  4. Liaise with the Partner’s field sales organization, channels, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
  5. Define and execute a strategic business development plan spanning Generative AI (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, PartyRock), Data & Analytics (Amazon Redshift, Amazon DataZone, AWS Clean Rooms), Cloud Transformation (AWS Transform, AWS Migration Acceleration Program), and Industry Solutions — aligned with AWS’s next-generation go-to-market priorities.
