Rubrik is seeking a Global Partner Marketing Programs Manager to lead the design, execution, and optimization of global partner marketing programs. This role involves building global-to-local enablement, managing rewards and incentive programs to drive pipeline engagement, and fostering a community for technical and sales champions. The manager will also oversee strategic partner experiences, lead a team, manage global communication strategies, and ensure cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of marketing experience in the tech industry, with a proven ability to scale operational frameworks, drive accountability, and use data to guide decisions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build & Scale Global Partner Marketing Programs: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global partner programs, from initial design and pilot to global rollout and optimization.
  2. Build the "Champion" Community: Create and manage a global community for our partners, specifically focused on technical and sales champion programs that drive long-term loyalty and brand advocacy.
  3. Strategic Team Direction: Manage and mentor a focused team, providing the strategic guidance and project management necessary to hit global milestones.
  4. Global Communication Strategy: Design and manage a global partner communication architecture to ensure a predictable, high-impact of information across all regions and partner types.
  5. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Ensure seamless alignment between Partner Sales, Product Marketing, and Channel Ops to resolve complex operational matters and eliminate friction in the partner journey.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the tech industry
