This role is for a Global Partner Systems Specialist at Okta, focusing on designing, implementing, and optimizing partner-facing systems and operational processes. What you'd actually do

  1. Translate business needs into technical user stories and scalable system designs.
  2. Build and maintain data flows between Salesforce, Impartner PRM, and learning platforms (LMS) for certifications, deal registrations, and badging.
  3. Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements.
  4. Maintain a high standard of data consistency across all partner platforms.
  5. Design dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce to track partner performance, pipeline visibility, and portal engagement.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in systems-focused roles such as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Partner Operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Deep hands-on experience with partner data across CRM (Salesforce) and PRM (Impartner) systems
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise platforms, including learning management systems (Cornerstone & Skilljar)
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations as well as test, troubleshoot, and request enhancements to partner systems
  • Experience participating in the full partner system lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IMpartner
  • Familiarity with deal registration and marketing development fund administration
  • Hands-on experience with: Tableau or similar BI tools, DocuSign, Conga/Apttus, Google Workspace
  • Experience with data modeling, reporting frameworks, and dashboard design.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystem at a SaaS technology company
