Global Payroll Analyst II

Responsible for end-to-end U.S. and global payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness through auditing and collaboration with vendors. Identifies and resolves payroll issues, maintains expertise in payroll systems (Workday, UKG, ADP), and drives process improvements. Requires strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist with end-to-end U.S. and global payroll processing for over 60,000 employees globally through auditing and collaboration with payroll vendors, including payroll submittal.
  2. Conduct audits and identify risks to prevent issues with accuracy, timeliness and production.
  3. Resolve escalated payroll cases utilizing research and knowledge.
  4. Develop and maintain deep subject-matter expertise in Workday, UKG and ADP payroll and timekeeping systems.
  5. Demonstrates essential business skills, including critical thinking, analytical ability, self‑management, organization, attention to detail, and independent task execution.
