This role is responsible for strategic architecting and operational driving of Adobe's marketing portfolio planning, transforming how planning grows across functions and markets towards a unified portfolio management model. It involves building enterprise portfolio strategy frameworks, establishing decision and trade-off frameworks, leading portfolio reviews, designing the future-state global marketing planning model, and operating global marketing investment governance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and evolve the enterprise portfolio strategy framework that connects Adobe’s business priorities to marketing plans and investments.
  2. Act as a principal designer of the future-state global marketing planning model at Adobe.
  3. Operate and continuously improve global marketing investment governance and portfolio oversight.
  4. Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Global Planning, helping build the direction of Adobe’s global marketing planning and portfolio strategy.
  5. Drive alignment across planning leads, marketing leadership, and finance leadership team members.

Skills

Required

  • 7–10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, portfolio management, strategy and operations, finance partnership, or business strategy roles.
  • Strong financial expertise with the ability to convert business strategy into capital allocation frameworks.
  • Executive communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear recommendations.

Nice to have

  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
