This role focuses on developing and executing strategies for large deal origination and transformational partnerships with Accenture, a key AWS consulting partner. The Global Principal Partner Development Manager will engage with C-level executives, shape strategic roadmaps, and identify market trends, including in generative AI and data modernization, to drive business impact and customer outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the development and execution of the partnership's large deal origination strategy for Accenture across all markets and industry groups.
  2. Shape multi-year strategic roadmaps that align AWS and Accenture capabilities to capture market-moving opportunities and customer outcomes.
  3. As the Global Principal Partner Development Manager, you are expected to act as the large deal champion across the organization and establish a clear, repeatable, and scalable strategy for large deal origination globally.
  4. This includes driving influence and advancing business by working directly with C-level executives to structure transformational deal pursuits and orchestrate the most sophisticated deal motions that drive material customer outcomes and results for AWS.
  5. The role requires building and maintaining trusted relationships with the most senior customer leadership and Accenture sales executives across Data & AI, industry verticals, and strategic initiatives.
