This role is for a Global Product Lead within the Global Business Applied AI (GBAI) organization at Google. The primary focus is on shaping the roadmap and driving the launch of AI-powered solutions for the Connect Sales CRM platform. The role involves representing user needs, prioritizing features based on business cases, documenting requirements, and measuring the business impact of new features. While the role works with AI-powered solutions and analyzes datasets for ML approaches, the core craft is product management and go-to-market strategy for these solutions, rather than direct AI/ML model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Represent end users as we build and execute against our tools road map, setting the direction and strategy for these audiences across Connect Sales.
  2. Prioritize based on quantified business cases (business growth, productivity savings) and qualitative inputs (interviews, feedback) and articulate these use cases to our Product Managers (PM)/UX/Engineering (Eng) partners.
  3. Document business requirements and partner with PMs/UX/Eng on the design and development of user facing feature launches.
  4. Plan, execute, and drive global launch strategy, including developing a deployment plan, training, and support materials to drive product and feature adoption.
  5. Estimate and measure the business impact of new features, processes and experiences, Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), adoption, Headcount Savings (HC) savings, and business uplift. Analyze the datasets to quantify insights and root causes, talk through signalling and ML approaches.
