Global Program Coordinator, Sales Development & Corporate Sales

This role is a Global Program Coordinator supporting Corporate Sales and Sales Development organizations. It involves program administration, operational support, process optimization, data analysis, and presentation creation. The role requires strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office/Google Apps proficiency. While the company is AI-native, this specific role is not directly involved in AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with fellow program coordinators on the administration and delivery of the Global Sales Excellence Intern and Apprentice programs
  2. Support the Corporate Sales and Sales Development organizations in the administration, implementation, and optimization of best practices, process policies, reporting dashboards and presentations.
  3. Contribute to our mission of program & process efficiency, financial stewardship, and talent retention in support of a highly successful Sales organization.
  4. Create, analyze and maintain program data & supporting documentation to deliver program improvement and risk briefs for each program assigned.
  5. Prepare and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations based in visual data storytelling.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably but not limited to: Business, Business Admin, Project Management, Operations, Communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strength in combining data, visuals, and a compelling narrative to communicate insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Resourceful individual with strong organization, time management & priority setting skills
  • Leads with a growth mindset, inquisitiveness, and an eagerness to continue to learn.
  • Integrity in maintaining and safeguarding confidential and sensitive written and oral information
