This role is for a Global Program Manager, Field Enablement, responsible for developing and managing enablement programs for field teams to effectively represent CrowdStrike solutions. The role involves creating content, establishing metrics, aligning initiatives with business objectives, and fostering partnerships across departments to ensure field teams have the latest information and tools.

Skills

Required

  • Exceptional and engaging interpersonal communication style
  • 2+ years experience in SaaS or technology

Nice to have

  • sales or sales enablement background is preferred
  • Familiarity with designing and implementing programs at a global level
  • familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Familiarity with software such as SFDC, Asana, G-Suite
  • Experience using cutting edge enablement platforms with mobile learning, experiential learning, gamification, and robust tracking and reporting features
  • Recognized capabilities, certifications, and qualifications in leading sales methodologies, coaching frameworks and MEDDPICC
