This role leads the global quota and planning process for a SaaS sales organization, focusing on designing data-informed targets, building and maintaining quota models, aligning with business targets, owning revenue models for sales capacity and performance, and managing the global sales forecast process. It also involves partnering with recruiting and people teams for headcount planning and connecting hiring plans to capacity models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end global quota process — designing fair, data-informed targets that translate top-down revenue goals into territory- and rep-level quotas that motivate and stretch the right way.
  2. Build and maintain the models and frameworks behind our quota methodology, tracking attainment trends and continuously improving how we plan.
  3. Partner with Finance, RevOps, and Sales Leadership to align quota plans with annual and quarterly business targets.
  4. Own and maintain the revenue models that drive how we think about Sales capacity, growth, and performance.
  5. Work closely with the Compensation team to make sure goaling and compensation plans are always in lock step.
