What you'd actually do

  1. Assess the commercial effectiveness of complex deal structures and serve as a resource for sales and finance leadership on commercial deal evaluation
  2. Collaborate with sales and finance leadership to define and administrate commercial offers to optimize short and long-term ARR performance
  3. Review non-standard deals for compliance with established protocols
  4. Provide analytical support and serve as a business representative for continuous enhancements and automations to support programmatic improvements to program
  5. Serve as a primary resource for compensation and policy exception requests

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data
  • Ability to quickly synthesize data and provide recommendations
  • Strong written communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
