Global Service Supply Planner

NVIDIA is seeking a Global Service Supply Planner to manage supply chain operations, coordinate with various teams, analyze demand and supply, and develop ramp plans for products. The role requires experience in service planning, preferably with SAP, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to improve processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the critical link within Service Operations to Demand Planning, Production planning, Repair Operations, Service logistics, the Business Units, Enterprise Support Services, Service Product management, Finance, and Quality assurance to set priorities and supply strategies.
  2. Work with the production and factory teams to reduce excess, coordinate with our production planning team on alternate part/part numbers, and work with the BU on demand and flexibility trade-offs to ensue every additional liability generated has been carefully weighed.
  3. When there are capacity, material, or production issues that will prevent satisfying all demand, you will be working with the Planning team’s person in charge to determine tradeoff options and work with internal partners to craft an efficient solution.
  4. Analyze demand shortfalls and changes in supply to prepare a weekly supply summary.
  5. Liaise with Repair Operations to ensure we optimize the usage of refurbish material in a timely manner.
