Salesforce is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Analyst to manage daily ITAR program activities, classify HTS codes and ECCNs, conduct due diligence, assist with export licenses, develop training materials on evolving global trade regulations, and support internal trade counsel. The role requires 5+ years of experience in global trade compliance, fluency in EAR, ITAR, FTR, and CBP regulations, experience with government portals like SNAP-R and DTRADE, and strong analytical skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Take the reins on daily ITAR program activities, supporting everything from DDTC registration and licensing to keeping our records pristine.
  2. Track, maintain, and master our HTS codes, ECCNs, and Commodity Jurisdiction determinations so our tech moves seamlessly.
  3. Run essential due diligence by screening business partners, vendors, and customers against restricted party lists—acting as our first line of defense.
  4. Assist in drafting, submitting, and managing critical export licenses, exemptions, and authorizations.
  5. Dive into fascinating research on evolving global trade regulations and transform that data into engaging, modern training materials for the wider Salesforce team.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a global trade compliance professional
