Global Training Engineer Intern

This is an intern role focused on developing and delivering technical training programs for a manufacturing environment at Intel. The role involves assessing skill gaps, designing and delivering training using various methods, managing an LMS, and measuring training effectiveness. While AI is mentioned as a potential advantage, it is not the core focus of the role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assess technical skill gaps and define training requirements for manufacturing, engineering, quality, safety, and maintenance teams.
  2. Design, develop, and deliver technical, safety, compliance, onboarding, and professional development training using classroom, handson, and digital learning methods.
  3. Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy, standardization, and compliance of training content.
  4. Develop course objectives, lesson plans, training materials, and assessments for engineers and technicians.
  5. Support factory startup and ramp by enabling technical readiness for new equipment, processes, and technologies.

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with statistical data analysis techniques
  • Knowledge in designing and delivering training with diverse audience
  • Excellent facilitation, able to engage learners across a variety of roles and backgrounds
