Global Transfer Pricing Senior

This role is for a Global Transfer Pricing Senior within Unity's tax team. The primary responsibilities include managing global transfer pricing operations, compliance, controversy, and strategy. The role also focuses on process improvement through simplification and automation, preparing calculations, journal entries, and invoicing, and supporting tax provision calculations and audits. Experience in transfer pricing operations, a Big 4 background, and a forward-thinking approach to technology and streamlining operations are desired.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prepare quarterly transfer pricing calculations, journal entries, and invoicing
  2. Prepare and drive process innovation in transfer pricing operations (quarterly TP calculations, IC invoice creation, IC agreement maintenance)
  3. Support and manage all transfer pricing documentation, including CbCR, assisted by external advisers
  4. Support tax provision calculations for both US GAAP and statutory financial reporting
  5. Support global income tax audits, dispute resolutions, and other controversy

Skills

Required

  • Experience in transfer pricing operations
  • Highly organized individual with a proven ability to effectively manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Forward thinking transfer pricing and technology enthusiast that seeks to streamline operations
  • Experience in a Big 4 and/or a publicly traded multinational company focused on transfer pricing and/or international tax

Nice to have

  • Self-starter with drive and a team-player
  • Degree in economics, tax or accounting from a top University
  • Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or similar qualification
  • Ability to accurately identify problems and apply efficient problem-solving skills to drive resolution
  • Strong user and quick learner of technology and systems, including, but not limited to, Workday, MS office, Google suite, Alteryx, etc.
