The Go-To-Market Operations Manager will design, operate, and improve the systems powering the revenue engine, focusing on GTM systems architecture and field execution. This role involves managing the GTM tech stack, including tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, building integrations and automation, ensuring data flows, and partnering with sales teams to refine workflows and improve tool adoption. The manager will also oversee data integrity and reporting for revenue insights.

What you'd actually do

  1. Help design and maintain the architecture of the GTM tech stack, ensuring tools across sales, marketing, and growth operate as a cohesive system
  2. Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, and Zapier
  3. Design automation workflows that eliminate manual work, improve data quality, and accelerate pipeline velocity
  4. Partner closely with sellers and GTM leadership to ensure systems support real day-to-day selling workflows
  5. Help maintain Salesforce as a clean, reliable system of record

Skills

Required

  • Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations experience
  • Salesforce administration or advanced user experience
  • Experience with GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, Zapier)
