This role focuses on developing and managing custom applications within Salesforce, automating business processes, and ensuring seamless integrations across go-to-market applications. The primary focus is on optimizing the Salesforce ecosystem to support sales, operations, marketing, and support services, rather than building AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary technical expert and owner of Salesforce development, keeping our implemented solutions simple and stage appropriate for our company size.
  2. Where it makes sense not to use Apex or code, optimize Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and approval workflows to enhance GTM efficiency.
  3. Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other applications using Salesforce APIs, Mulesoft, or other application connections.
  4. Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within Salesforce and related systems, including business intelligence tools.
  5. Work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Support Services teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
