Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is expanding its world‑class team of **Government Contract Administrators. **We're seeking experienced Contract Administrators for full-time, on-site roles in Northridge, CA. In this position, you'll apply FAR/DFARS knowledge to support multiple contract types, including Time & Materials (T&M), Cost-Reimbursable, and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). You will lead proposal preparation, negotiate terms and conditions, and manage contracts across the full lifecycle—from proposal through closeout.
**Seeking Contract Administrators with the following must-have qualifications: **
- Experience with both Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) & Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Background supporting multiple contract types (including Time & Material (T&M), Cost Reimbursable , Firm Fixed Price (FFP))
- Skilled in proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration from proposal through closeout
- Ability to work full time on-site in Northridge, CA
Clearance Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance issued by the DOD
- Active secret clearance is preferred

Primary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $167,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
