Meta is seeking a Partner Manager to manage relationships with government, politics, and nonprofit partners in Israel, focusing on their commercial product usage for community building and engagement. The role involves advertiser education, client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions and support.

What you'd actually do

  1. Establish relationships and manage existing relationships across G/P/N advertising ecosystem (institutions, government entities, political candidates, agencies, etc.), and build trust and credibility of Meta and its suite of products
  2. Demonstrate value of Meta products as a key driver for civic engagement, inform partners of new processes and products and provides Meta best practices specific to G/P/N partners
  3. Ensure high-quality service and support to G/P/N partners in the market
  4. Develop and implement creative solutions that align Meta's approach to G/P/N advertisers, with the partners’ needs
  5. Collaborate with broad group of internal cross-functional teams (scaled execution team, sales operations, policy teams), ensure the team is delivering on expectations, and facilitate escalations internally

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years’ experience in a client-service role interface with partners and clients
  • Experience introducing new products, process and systems to partners
  • Experience working with Government/Policy organisations
  • Proficiency in English and Hebrew languages (spoken and written)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact
  • Experience partnering with compliance, policy and legal functions
  • Experience working with marketing decision-makers in Agencies
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams with the ability to partner with executives
