This IT support role focuses on providing technical assistance for IT infrastructure, engineering design, and development tools. Responsibilities include first-level customer support via various channels, participating in continuous improvement projects, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems. A Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science is required, with knowledge of development tools being a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible to provide first customer assistance and provide technical support with request from phone, email, chat and web ticketing.
  2. Work in a team environment where knowledge and partnership are shared on daily activities.
  3. Respond in a timely manner to the different business needs of our customers providing excellent service and facilitating a resolution to their issue.
  4. Participate in continuous improvement projects for daily operations and to improve operation efficiency and productivity.
