THE ROLE:
In this role, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.
THE PERSON:
You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and provide financial updates to leadership team (budget, operating expenses, capital expenses, headcount, etc.)
- Prepare operating business plans and forecast (s) for Operating & Capital Expenses with variance analysis and provide guidance based on key metrics
- Manage month-end, year-end close activities
- Identify and implement improvements to business processes
- Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in a similar role in the hi-tech industry
- Advanced knowledge of MS office tools
- SAP experience preferred
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
- MBA or CPA preferred
