Graphic Designer role focused on shaping the company's visual identity and brand across various touchpoints, including presentations, events, and ad campaigns. The role involves partnering with executives, crafting polished decks, and crucially, shaping and implementing the company's AI design strategy, including training other designers on AI tools and processes. The designer will use AI tools to scale output and speed up iteration, while maintaining quality and consistency.

What you'd actually do

  2. Build polished decks in PowerPoint from the ground up, not just clean up someone else's slides.
  3. Help craft and evolve the Island brand identity across every surface it touches.
  4. Design for events, from booth graphics and signage to the full visual experience on the ground.
  5. Develop ad campaigns that carry the brand into the market with clarity and edge.
