Graphic Operator

The Graphic Operator manages presentation content for live events at Deloitte University, responsible for creating, managing, and executing on-screen graphics. This role involves collaborating with producers, setting up workstations, importing and formatting presentations, operating graphics systems in real-time, and troubleshooting technical issues during live shows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Review the run of show, speaker lineups, and graphics requirements with the production team.
  2. As needed, build graphic templates for lower thirds, speaker names/titles, session titles, and other on-screen messaging.
  3. Collaborate with producers and program clients to gather assets required for the event (PowerPoint decks, logos, and speaker notes documents).
  4. Set up presentation workstations and verify all systems function properly.
  5. Import and format PowerPoint/Keynote presentations; provide reformatting and adjustments as needed to ensure proper display to the audience.

Skills

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in live events, broadcast, or corporate production.
  • Proficiency with multiple graphics systems (Ross, VizRT, Chyron) and with presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
  • Strong understanding of video signal flow and formats (SDI, HDMI, NDI, IP).
  • Understanding of confidence monitor systems and presenter display setups.
