Boeing is seeking Ground MILSATCOM Systems Engineer Trainers to design, deliver, and evolve training curriculum and operational documentation for Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Mission Planning systems. The role involves preparing personnel to configure, schedule, and optimize communication payloads, ensuring combat readiness and secure communications. Responsibilities include curriculum development, instructional delivery, simulation execution, defining certification standards, and documentation maintenance, collaborating with system engineers and operators. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of engineering or operational training experience, with a strong understanding of MILSATCOM operations and RF communications. A US Security Clearance is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
  2. Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
  3. Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
  4. Develops, curriculum, certification standards, operations documentation and delivers training to the operations personnel.
