Boeing is seeking experienced Group Coordinator Assemblers (Level C) for the 787 Final Assembly Team. This role supports final assembly and field travel aircraft by improving production efficiency, safety, and product quality. Responsibilities include pre-shift planning, crew meetings, team status updates, labor loss, production control, training, process improvement, and Lean/BPS. Key tasks involve managing Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, coordinating hazardous energy work, and ensuring safe aircraft power provision. Requires 3+ years of experience in live aircraft operations/systems/LOTO, aerospace/manufacturing, advising/influencing, and systematic problem-solving. Experience with Boeing Production System (BPS) concepts and team leadership is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  2. Works cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Ensure LOTO book, kit and LOTO equipment are used correctly and inventoried.
  4. Coordinates with Lead/Manager on execution and critical path of production build.
  5. Supervising Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO).
