This role is a Group Director of Operations for Walmart Connect, focusing on the global support infrastructure, data governance, and processes that enable advertisers and partners. What you'd actually do

  1. Mentor and manage a team of revenue operations professionals, including Revenue Operations Scaled Services (offshore / nearshore teams), Enablement & Support (ticket-based service operations), Technical Operations (incubation and solutions), Program Management (strategic programs and launch readiness), Process Mining & Efficiency (internal tools and product prioritization), Revenue Cycle Management (billing operations), and Trust and Safety Operations (Ad Policy Ops, Data Stewardship, Risk Ops).
  2. Develop and implement the overarching strategy for the revenue operations department to align with company revenue, growth, and efficiency objectives.
  3. Break down silos between departments to ensure a cohesive customer / advertiser journey.
  4. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement robust quality assurance (QA) systems, troubleshooting procedures, and automation tools.
  5. Design, implement, and optimize processes and systems to reduce friction and improve productivity.
