Group Product Manager at monday.com to lead a new AI-native, agentic service product. The role focuses on customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention, driving 0-1 growth through PLG, experimentation, and AI innovation. Requires 7+ years of PM experience, team leadership, and AI/data fluency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, develop, and grow a team of PMs focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention within the monday Service ecosystem.
  2. Shape the future of AI-driven service solutions. Own the surface where users first experience the "magic" of an agentic service platform.
  3. Own the full customer lifecycle - from first touch to a retained, power user. You’ll implement PLG best practices, rigorous experimentation (A/B testing), and funnel diagnostics to move business metrics.
  4. Define how AI makes service smarter - intelligent ticketing, autonomous agent onboarding, and predictive expansion signals that transform business processes.
  5. Partner with GTM teams on hybrid PLG + SLG motions, ensuring the product scales from self-serve small teams to enterprise-grade service organizations.
