What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute a multi-year AI product goal and roadmap, addressing critical advertiser issues and leveraging data and user insights from advertisers, sellers, and support agents.
  2. Align goal and land product roadmaps and features across a wide variety of cross-functional partners and leadership. Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to translate product goal into technical specifications and solutions, particularly involving complex AI/ML applications.
  3. Partner closely with design, engineering, research, sales, and support operations to ensure cohesive product development and successful launches for High Touch Services.
  4. Advocate deeply for users, establish domain expertise in advertiser challenges, and understand how they derive value from ads and support. When our partners succeed, we succeed.
  5. Clearly communicate the product goal and value proposition to stakeholders across CE, Ads, GBO, Sales, and Support leadership.

Skills

Required

  • 10 years of experience in product management, or a related technical role
  • 3 years of people management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

  • Experience applying AI/ML (including Generative AI or Large Language Models) to solve complex business or user problems, particularly in areas like customer support, sales enablement, workflow automation, or policy issues.
  • Experience with or strong understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem and advertiser needs.
  • Experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization, and influencing senior executives (e.g., Sales, Support, Policy, Engineering leadership).
  • Highly analytical with strong problem solving, data analysis skills as well as proven business judgment.
