Group Product Manager, Invest

Group Product Manager to lead the Invest product, owning product vision, strategy, and execution for the brokerage platform. This role involves managing and coaching a team of Product Managers, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving customer-focused product development in a regulated environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for your Invest brokerage teams, spanning squads such as Trading, Account Experience, and Growth.
  2. Hire, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, raising the bar on craft, customer empathy, and execution across the group.
  3. Translate company objectives into actionable team goals and OKRs, ensuring strategic alignment between Invest priorities and broader SoFi business outcomes.
  4. Lead customer-focused product development from ideation to execution, ensuring the customer's voice guides scope and priorities across all squads.
  5. Partner deeply with engineering leadership to navigate architectural decisions and technical trade-offs in high-throughput, low-latency, and highly regulated environments.
