Group Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of Harvey's Knowledge Platform, focusing on integrations with legal content and tools. This role owns scaling the ecosystem of third-party connectors and data partner integrations, bringing legal context into Harvey and strengthening user engagement. Requires strong technical fluency in enterprise SaaS, data pipelines, and AI concepts like vector search and RAG.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop the product roadmap for Harvey's integrations and Knowledge Platform, defining vision, strategy, and priorities across document management systems, the legal tech connector ecosystem, and private legal data.
  2. Partner closely with Harvey's India Engineering team to scope, design, and ship high-quality integrations and platform experiences at a rapid pace
  3. Drive the strategy for expanding Harvey's connector ecosystem: integration aggregators and self-serve pathways that allow customers and partners to connect their own tools to Harvey at scale.
  4. Work closely with business development to engage with partners and manage complex joint developments
  5. Deeply understand the workflows of lawyers at leading law firms and in-house legal teams, translating that understanding into product decisions, especially around how enterprise knowledge (DMS files, matter data, firm content) flows into and shapes AI-powered workflows.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • at least 2 years at a Staff or Senior PM level at a high-growth technology company
  • Demonstrated ability to own and drive a product area end-to-end, from strategy through execution and iteration
  • Strong technical fluency — you can have deep, substantive conversations with engineers about system design, data pipelines, API architecture, and infrastructure trade-offs, including topics like vector search, orchestration systems, and sync reliability
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS go-to-market dynamics: customer commitments, partner integrations, access control and governance requirements, and the operational complexity of shipping to large law firms or regulated industries
  • Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success — including navigating dependency-heavy roadmaps and partner relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executives and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Experience working in distributed or multi-site teams, with comfort operating across time zones
  • Based in Bengaluru and eligible to work in India

Nice to have

  • Experience in legal tech, professional services technology, or regulated industries
  • Experience as a founding or early PM in a new-market or new-office setting
  • Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, or AI-native product design, and an intuition for how data quality and pipeline design affect AI output
