Group Product Manager to lead Attentive's Shopper Management pillar, focusing on unified shopper profiles, identity resolution, and shopper targeting. This role involves defining strategy, managing a team of PMs, and partnering with various departments to drive innovation in customer data and personalization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and evangelize the long-term vision for shopper data, identity resolution, and targeting across the platform.
  2. Manage, mentor, and grow a team of four Product Managers, ensuring strong execution and clear ownership across domains.
  3. Drive innovation in customer data modeling, real-time updates, and scalable architecture to power personalization.
  4. Evolve deterministic and probabilistic identity capabilities to create accurate, privacy-conscious shopper profiles.
  5. Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align roadmap with customer and business needs.
