Growth Analytics Manager (virtual Brands)

This role is for a Growth Analytics Manager within Uber's Enterprise function, focusing on the expansion of Virtual Brands. What you'd actually do

  1. Drive improvement in key operational metrics, enhancing the reliability and efficiency of both partner operations and the Uber Eats platform.
  2. Continuously monitor and analyse key partner performance metrics, adoption patterns, and product usage trends to deliver compelling presentations demonstrating value and ROI.
  3. Conduct structured and regular account reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to assess partner performance, share strategic insights, and align on future objectives.
  4. Serve as the primary advocate for customer needs, actively coordinating with internal teams to promptly resolve merchants’ pain points and implement product and service enhancements.
  5. Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure consistent satisfaction and long-term success.
