This role is a Growth and Transformation Lead for the Apple Store Online team, focusing on evolving the operating model to deliver magical digital shopping experiences and reach more customers globally. The lead will champion a shift to a nimble culture, orchestrate ways of working, and focus on capabilities, mindsets, processes, and collaborative behaviors in partnership with business leaders and the People team. The ideal candidate is a strategic and influential leader passionate about building a high-performance, digital-first culture.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and articulate a clear plan and strategic approach for our digital transformation initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation goals, priorities, and success metrics.
  3. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex transformation programs, and build the proposed roadmap for change.
  4. Engage and effectively leverage supporting resources in the organization and external consultants/advisors.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, building awareness, understanding, and support for transformation initiatives.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in transformation initiatives, change management, or management consulting.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with various change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
