Growth Business Operations & Process Excellence Lead

This role focuses on architecting and scaling operating systems, programs, and automation for the Growth organization. It involves designing scalable infrastructure and operating models, building shared execution frameworks, standardizing processes, and leading cross-functional initiatives. A key aspect is designing an AI-first GTM stack to increase efficiency, personalization, and experimentation velocity, and identifying automation opportunities across Growth. The role also involves owning elements of the Growth operating rhythm and driving enablement for AI, analytics, and workflow tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, stand up, and continually refine shared execution models that align multiple teams to common Growth outcomes and clear SLAs
  2. Build standardized, repeatable processes that reduce friction and cycle time as the organization scales (e.g., campaign intake and launch frameworks that materially reduce time to launch)
  3. Lead high‑impact, cross-functional programs that span planning, automation, tooling, and partner teams (e.g., DTS, Marketing, Analytics, Finance)
  4. Map and continuously improve end‑to‑end workflows for core Growth motions (planning → build → launch → measure → iterate), eliminating handoff gaps and unnecessary steps
  5. Define clear success metrics, guardrails, and playbooks for shared processes so teams can self‑serve and operate consistently across regions and segments
