Growth Data Scientist at DocuSign focused on driving self-serve customer adoption and expansion through data analysis and experimentation. This role partners with cross-functional teams to build and scale systems that accelerate product-led growth and deliver customer value. Responsibilities include strategic analysis, experimentation design and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and applying advanced analytical techniques to understand customer behavior and forecast outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Translate complex data and analyses into clear, data‑backed recommendations for senior leadership, influencing strategic direction across Growth, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  2. Provide regular reporting on key metrics to executive leadership, highlighting successes, identifying risks, and recommending proactive solutions
  3. Design, implement, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, causal inference) that inform product and GTM decisions and quantify business impact
  4. Proactively identify growth opportunities and risks, using forecasting and scenario modeling to guide resource allocation and prioritization
  5. Apply advanced analytical techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, customer segmentation, LTV analysis) to understand customer behavior, forecast outcomes, and inform strategic initiatives
