What you'd actually do

  1. Analyze performance across organic social, influencer partnerships, and paid social to identify optimization opportunities.
  2. Support experiment design (e.g., creative, audience, influencer selection) and evaluate results.
  3. Define and evolve optimizable metrics (e.g., engagement rate, cost efficiency) to guide day-to-day decisions.
  4. Set quarterly targets, monitor weekly performance, and deliver actionable insights to channel owners and marketing partners.
  5. Translate data into actionable recommendations for content, messaging, and creator strategy.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in applied data science, analytics, or growth-focused roles with experience in social or digital marketing.
  • Strong bias toward action, translating data into changes that improve content and campaign performance.
  • Experience with social marketing metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) and basic attribution concepts.
  • Structured problem solver who can break down questions and deliver practical recommendations.
  • Ability to translate analysis into clear insights for non-technical partners (e.g., content creators, marketers).
  • Strong collaboration skills; comfortable coordinating intimately with channel owners and marketing teams.
