This role is focused on launching and expanding Uber's Grocery & Retail business in EMEA, optimizing consumer-facing operations and driving growth through user acquisition and localized market strategies. What you'd actually do

  1. Scale and Optimize Processes: Develop, implement, and refine both new and existing processes to ensure the consumer business can operate efficiently and support sustainable growth.
  2. Manage Promotional Budget: Oversee the promotional budget to drive cost-effective user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
  3. Drive User Acquisition: Plan, launch, and continuously optimize user acquisition campaigns across channels to fuel rapid, sustainable growth.
  4. Craft Localized Market Strategies: Design and execute market plans that reflect local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, user behaviors, and cultural insights.
  5. Go-to-Market Merchant Launches: Drive awareness and adoption of new merchant partnerships by planning and executing strategic go-to-market campaigns.
