This role is for a Growth Marketing Campaigns Manager at Vanta, a company focused on security and trust management. What you'd actually do

  1. Build and run integrated campaigns (brand, launch, event, demand) across email, paid digital, lifecycle, and events for a range of segments and buyers
  2. Live in the numbers: MQL, pipeline contribution, conversion rates. Track them obsessively, report them clearly, and never stop improving them
  3. Ship, measure, learn, repeat. The goal is campaigns that get embarrassingly good over time
  4. Work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing to make sure every campaign is anchored in messaging that actually resonates with buyers
  5. Stay tightly looped with Sales and SDR on lead routing, follow-up SLAs, and the kind of honest feedback that makes both sides better

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
  • Experience owning integrated programs (email, paid, lifecycle, events) from brief to results
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience building relationships with Sales, SDR, creative, and Product Marketing
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Ability to write clear briefs and performance read-outs
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
