This role focuses on owning and optimizing paid marketing programs across search, social, and display to drive user acquisition and growth for Canva's business offerings in North America. It involves designing and running growth experiments, analyzing channel performance, and contributing to the regional growth marketing roadmap.

What you'd actually do

  1. Owning and optimising paid marketing programs across search, social, and display to drive quality user acquisition across the North American market
  2. Designing and running growth experiments across the funnel, from awareness through to conversion, using data to figure out what works and then scaling it fast
  3. Partnering with Product, Creative, and Data teams to build campaigns that drive high-value SMB trials and Canva Business growth
  4. Analysing channel performance and translating insights into clear actions that improve efficiency and ROI
  5. Contributing to the North America growth marketing roadmap and bringing a clear point of view on where the biggest opportunities sit
